Just picked up my plates and registation for my new Malibu. Adam promptly greeted me and got my plates on the car and took it back for a wash and vacuum. I generally don't do this but when you get exceptional service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. I came home and called Pine Belt Service in Lakewood and spoke to the service mgr. I asked if i could drop the car off to have checked. "Absolutely" was the response. I drop the car off. That next morning I received a call that not only did they find the problem, they also notice they had just received a recall on an item and fixed that too. The problem was fixed and the recall was also done. Everything was explain and the entire experience was painless and actually very much to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the service both Bob Domolki and Don Kerr provided. Hard to find these days. They have a customer that trusts and appreciates their service. Larry Durso More
