I have written and spoken to my Salesman. I have gotten no response at all. NONE. I have written to a Sub-contractor supplier. They told me the problem was with the installation. To be fair , I have not been to the Service Center about this problem yet, I have not been able to get Customer Service to acknowledge the issue More

We brought our 2002 Chevy Blazer to the service dept at Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 picku Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 pickup (which is still going strong, but...). We had purchased a 2009 Cobalt for our daughter--Guy Gilbert was our salesman then so we looked for him because he also helped us to refinance the cobalt 2 years ago saving us some money. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Cruze Eco which is what my son bought last year and has been very happy with! Guy was very helpful answering our questions and setting up the Onstar system for us. The warranty plan is great and will give us peace of mind. We have been only dealing with Pinebelt for the passed 28 years; my first used car was from Pinebelt in 1983 and we have referred friends and family there because we have always had good experiences with the Service Dept too. The salesperson I dealt with Angel Vazquez was outstanding. I would highly recommend him and Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood, NJ. He took the time and patience to help me find the right car. Th outstanding. I would highly recommend him and Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood, NJ. He took the time and patience to help me find the right car. The two sales managers Mike Melendy and David Walters were excellent and extremely pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing all my vehicles from this dealership in the future and will be informing family and friends as well. I would also like to mention the great people at the service center and the service advisor Robert Domolki. They were all so accommodating and eager to please and everyone was smiling! More
Bottom line terrible visit to Pine Belt. I called a week prior to have service on my tahoe. Girl on phone indicated a 8-8:30 am service setup. I was told that she would make sure a warranty product (washe prior to have service on my tahoe. Girl on phone indicated a 8-8:30 am service setup. I was told that she would make sure a warranty product (washer fluid resivoir) would be there for my visit the next week and my other issues (recall item) would be taken care of. I also told her that I needed a loaner vehicle. She told me to call to verify the night before or morning of. Today was my service call. I went on the website and started calling at 7:30 am as it states on the website. The phone call system indicated I was first in line for the next service associate. I hung up after 15 minutes and tried again. I then called 5 more time with the same answer until 8 am. At this point I figured something was wrong and started to use my onstar remote app on my phone. It indicates a phone number to call for Pine Belt as my dealership. Unfortunately that phone number is missing number digits so that phone number is also bad. At approx 8:10 am I was onsite. To my surprise the greeter could not find my appointment. He was very nice. I indicated the problem to him on the phone issue and said the manager would be over to talk with me. Meantime the onsite repairman found my appointment set at 9:45 (not 8:30) He indicated that they did not have the item I needed nor had any info regarding a loaner car. At this point I was extremely upset and asked to talk again with the manager. I find out that the manager was just walking around and did not even bother to take the time (initially when I asked the first time) to assist me. He finally accepted that a customer was upset and came over. The manager gaveNo introduction, No appology, just "we are aware of the phone problem and give him a car" I would perceve this as "I really don't care about anything you need nor care about feed back from a client. At that point I have been onsite for over 45 minutes to drop off a car and get a loaner. My tech guy then tells me that the loaner care will be here shortly. I stood there for another 20 minutes waiting. I finally told the greeter to get my care and I am leaving. I too have to work during the day and cannot wait to be serviced when Pine Belt feels like it. Bottom line as I said before Pine Belt service does not care nor want to help their clients. If I ran my company this way I would be out of business. Also, I own a company and will make sure all my employees are aware of this issue and recommend to all that business with Pine Belt is not a wise decision. Our company bought 4 new vechicles this past year (2 from Pine Belt) They will be the last. The reason I purchased vehicles from PineBelt was I needed a great care and great service. 1 of 2 is missing. More
Since trading in my car in July I have had nothing but problems dealing with Pine Belt. My check engine light came on the second day of having the car and pine belt has been unsuccessful with turning it o problems dealing with Pine Belt. My check engine light came on the second day of having the car and pine belt has been unsuccessful with turning it off. Dan Ariel the (general manager) gave me his word that they would fix my car for no cost because of all the b.s i had been through with them. Now January and my check engine light is STILL ON and they will not return any of my calls or voicemails that i leave and every time i call, they are never around to answer the phone. This is extremely ridiculous, they could at least have the decency to return my phone call and give me a price of the problem that they say they found this time. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE THEY SAY ITS ONE THING KEEP MY CAR FOR A DAY "FIX IT" RETURN MY CAR AND WITHIN THE NEXT 2 DAYS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON! AND EVERYTIME I GO BACK THEY SAY ITS SOMETHING DIFFERENT. this makes me question whether or not they did any work or if they just put miles on my car and used my gas. At least a quarter tank and 35 miles were put on my car every time and for what? they clearly DID NOT fix my car and i cannot pass inspection and just recently i got a ticket because of it. They reset my check engine light and give my car back like they actually did any work. I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH PINE BELT AND I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THEM TO MY GREATEST ENEMY!!! More
Upon buying a used car from Pinebelt, the car had not yet received a PDI, and i was told by my salesman, at my leisure to make an appointment, of which i did. And when making that appointment, was going to b received a PDI, and i was told by my salesman, at my leisure to make an appointment, of which i did. And when making that appointment, was going to be a week later, not a big problem, and that the service work to be performed, from which Allie had to find out(put me on hold) would take about an hour and a half. On the day of my service, of which i had a 10:30am appointment, that, that wasnt even possible, the time frame, that there was 18 customer cars ahead of mine, and that when my car was done or needed some more time that i would be called. By 4:30 of the same day, i had to call the service department to find out how my car was doing, and at that point was told that, my car needed brakes and that parts were ordered, and that my car would not be finished until the next morning and that i would be called in the morning to come pick it up. The next morning i waited for a call from the service department that never came. I called at 12 noon, to find out when my car would be ready, and was told that the technician was just finishing it up and that the service manager would take it out for a test drive to make sure everything was good, and would be finished in about half an hour. At 1:30pm i received a call the car was ready. Once i arrived, the level of customer service was bad, the service manager had no time to explain anything, point me to go to the cashier, to get my keys, and once i received my keys and service receipt, was informed to give my keys to the service manager to have my car delivered to the front. When i asked the service manager about the work performed, he said it was on my receipt, and went on his way... What was performed was: Oil and Oil Filter changed. Front Brakes replaced new and Front Rotors cut. Replace wiper blades. No mention on my service receipt of any other things inspected, looked at, or commented. I was told by my salesman, that a PDI was that service would check the entire car out and replace whatever was damaged at no charge to me the customer, along with an oil change, and a voucher for an additional oil change. Other than the oil change and oil filter, only front brakes and wiper blades replaced, i have no issues. I never received a free oil change voucher. Upon returning home, i looked my car over, checked my oil, which was fine. Check the tire pressure in all four tires, and all were off, 32lbs in two, 35 lbs in another, 38 lbs in the next. The overall service that i was given, and the fact that the service department had my car for two days, and as i feel i was given way below customer service, and no receipt of what was or was not performed on my vehicle, leaves me very dissatisfied with the service department, and i would not recommend Pinebelt Chevrolet's Service Department.. What i purchased was a preowned 2008 Hyundai Elantra Thank You very much for allowing this to be heard. The salesman and the finance department was absolutely fantastic, and i would recomend them....
