Dear Potential Customers of Pine Belt Chevy, Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy any 2016 - 2020 Chevy Transverse from this dealership. The Traverse has numerous documented design and mechanical do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy any 2016 - 2020 Chevy Transverse from this dealership. The Traverse has numerous documented design and mechanical issues with these year vehicles and the service department at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood is the worst group of incompetent individuals ever. After multiple visits for various issues it only took two visits minimum to inconvenience my family to fix the issues. After the bottom RVT gasket failed for the second time and we were told we'd have to wait three weeks to get it a rental and another two weeks to get it fixed we got rid of our 2018 Traverse. I've never been happier to never have to talk with a terrible service department from the service tech, service manager to the mechanics with state of the art equipment your horrible at your jobs. More

Airbag recall brought me to the Pinebelt service dept.Truck never had a service air bag light on the dash til now. Called back and i'm suposed to pay a diognostic fee of $158.00 to find out what the dept.Truck never had a service air bag light on the dash til now. Bought a car that had some issues told the seaman the time of purchase said it would be taken care of just make an appointment with service.
