Poor service poor response time and I was almost robbed by your pine belt dealer. They wanted to put a reman transmission in for $8700 or whatever it was and I went somewhere else and got it done for half by your pine belt dealer. Brought my car in for recall/retrofit December 27th and got it back the same day. My service manager was Joe. I noticed my car door was damaged and sent a picture in to Joe since I know they take pic got it back the same day. My service manager was Joe. I thought he checked the videos and saw that there was no damage to my door when I brought it in and he would take care of it. Instead he tells me he doesn't have pictures and blames me for blocking them when I was getting my insurance and registration. At first he told me he was going to take care of it to, but then he backtracked really quick when I told him the picture was taken New Years. So I checked the service video that they sent me. It clearly shows how the damage must have occurred. The video also shows the door handle undamaged. Service must have banged it into the beam that supports the lift. See Google review for the below. Went in for a recall which was taken care of. Asked to look at tires giving false reading's which John said he took care of and reset tires to location. 2 days later got the same email about lo Asked to look at tires giving false reading's which John said he took care of and reset tires to location. 2 days later got the same email about low tire pressure when tire pressure was ok and the same as the rest. I also asked about my radio issue with it not turning off when the car turns off and also going blank and car not starting unless I took the power cables off the battery and back on. Showed tech video and said it was not covered anymore even though I reported the same problem about the radio in Feb of this year and showed them video. At the time they said it was a known issue and to wait until they had a fix and download updates. Then to top it off said It was recommended to replace the cabin filter and they didn't even take it out and look at it, like Midas did the week earlier when I got the oil change and said it was looking good. I got the first appointment at 730 since I I have a painting company and have to get my crew started, naturally there are no rentals, so I'll go get them started and come back, well finally I hot the your car is done text and call at 2:53. Cost was 29.95 utilizing my gm points so hopefully Lori Alana or Rob Sickel will be able to explain everything. More

I paid over $100 to receive attitude which is ridiculous on an oil change and a tire rotation. More
