Donna at the front counter of the service center is disrespectful and rude you have to tell her how to do her job after your immediately given attitude when you arrive in the building I had a 730 oil c disrespectful and rude you have to tell her how to do her job after your immediately given attitude when you arrive in the building I had a 730 oil change appointment after receiving a video of my vehicle she told me my vehicle was still not done at 12:30 then I told her to ask someone in the back and my car was magically done . I paid over $100 to receive attitude which is ridiculous on an oil change and a tire rotation. More
