Gene is awful. Acts like he's the boss and has no clue what he's even talking about. Disrespectful and rude not even just as a worker but as a human too. After interrupting conversation and negotiation with a seperate salesmen he attempted to tell me that a truck with auto 4 wheel drive doesn't need 4 tires of the same tread. Also the truck had two new tires on the front, not the rear, which is incorrect practice and unsate as seen here: https://www.ustires.org/tire- care-safety/replacing-tires. Also refer to the image explaining why a truck with auto four wheel drive needs all the same tread. Proceeded to tell me to buy new tires on my own and then he got up and walked away from the negotiation. More
