I have been buying cars from Adam Wielebinski since the 1980'S at Pine Belt of Lakewood. He is the most helpful salesperson I know. He is caring and compassionate and never pushy. I would like express my greatest appreciation for the effort and commitment that Joe Cavallaro and his manager Eric put into the time I spent at their Dealership. I was having credit issues at several p effort and commitment that Joe Cavallaro and his manager Eric put into the time I spent at their Dealership. I was having credit issues at several places but Joe fought for me. Not only getting me a reasonable price that fit in my budget but also giving me the opportunity to be able to purchase a beautiful stylish car that will last me a long time. Just like any 25 year old young woman who's financing her first car, I was picky. Joe literally ran from lot to lot finding cars that not only fit my needs but something I could fall in love with and I did! The patience and understanding that Joe and the staff at Pine Belt had was unbelievable. He also taught me a lot about financing that I was not aware of and reassured me the entire time that he would get me a vehicle that was in my budget. The hospitality at Pine Belt is obvious the second you step out of your car. There's no pressure here, unlike other places. The one word that best describes our purchase experience is "outstanding". From the moment we drove onto the lot, and were greated with by awarm, smiling employee, until Sales Manager Eric snapped a picture is "outstanding". Our sales person, Kevin Webster, was both knowledgeable and friendly - the perfect mix of personality and experience. Kevin masterfully conducted the entire experience - all the while assisting Chad, who joined us as a sales person in training (he'll do well also). I have dealt with pine belt and purchased 2 cars from Ryan Concord over the past three years. Being a woman, it is always a bit intimidating walking into a car dealership but my experiences over the past Ryan Concord over the past three years. Being a woman, it is always a bit intimidating walking into a car dealership but my experiences over the past 3 years have been nothing but the best that i could imagine. From the moment I met Ryan, there was an honesty, sincerity and sense of respect portrayed to myself. Ryan took the time to go through all aspects, even went to another Chevy dealership 35 minutes away to pick up a car that i thought I wanted to try. Needless to say, I ended up buying a different car but to take the time to go there and bring it to Lakewood...that was a step above what he had to do. Ryan took the time to explain everything in terms that i understood..answered all questions and i even understood what he was saying. I feel that he was honest when it came to certain things that another salesman would just say..get this and that.He presents the type of sincerity that pine belt should be proud to have him working for them. When I bought my latest Chevy Cruz ltz...I went in with the idea of buying an suv. He was so patient with me through the entire process as I changed my mind. I ended up with the most incredible that i love. I would and will continue to deal with pine belt but more so because I have full faith in Ryan.
