Ryan Concord selected the perfect car for my daughter, Megan, and made the mechanics of that purchase comfortable and non-eventful. My husband and I had shopped around at other dealerships for a new car. The "experience" at another dealership was not very good, they seemed to not want to sell us a car. I went to Pinebelt on a Friday while my husband was at work to test drive an Equinox and had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Cohen. He was very helpful explaining the difference between the 2 other vehicles we were considering, the Nissan Rogue and Kia Sorento. He even had a Sorento for me to test drive so I could find out the difference. I brought my husband back the next day and we test drove the Traverse (we had ruled out the Equinox as it was too small) and the Sorento again. Mark didn't push us towards the Traverse but wanted to make sure we bought the vehicle we liked best, even if it was the Kia and that meant we would have gone to another dealer (the Kia was used and we were looking for new). We met with Eric Sopko to talk numbers and we ended up taking the car home for the afternoon to think about it. Upon returning to the dealer we loved the car and were able to work out a deal which was perfect for us. Crunching the numbers can always be difficult but Eric worked with us and the vehicle we were trading in so we could leave with the Traverse. We also met with Ray Robinson to sign all the paperwork and he did a great job going over any questions we had. He also got us the best deal in regards to financing and rebates available to get us the best payment. When it came time to talk about the warranty, he told us what it would cost but we decided against it and he didn't push the issue, which was great. Overall the experience we had at Pinebelt was great. We had looked at several other vehicles and dealerships and didn't have the most positive experiences. When we went to Pinebelt that all changed. This is my first Chevy and I look forward to having it for years to come! More
