When my wife and I started looking around for a used car, at PineBelt, Kristen came out and Greeted Us. My wife asked her where the used cars were? She pointed out to us that they were on the other side of t at PineBelt, Kristen came out and Greeted Us. My wife asked her where the used cars were? She pointed out to us that they were on the other side of the sales room, she took us over and answered all our Questions. Kristen was very professional and pleasant, she made us feel right at home.She found us a car that we really liked and it fit our Budget.She took us in to meet GARY LATVALA the Business Mgr. Gary took good care of us and gave us some tips on finance and the paperwork didn't take long at all. I have to admit that when we were on our way to PineBelt, I really didn't think that we could afford to buy a car, but the people at PineBeltmade it real easy. Frank is a great salesman. I have bought 3 cars from him and would not go to anybody else. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. Wasn't pushy just down to earth and a great guy. Joseph was not your "typical" car salesman. He was very real, down to earth. Made me feel we were both on the same level. Didn'y hand me any (unwanted) surprises. He was a real people person. I generally don't do this but when you get exceptional service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. La service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. Later the Check Engine light came on. I came home and called Pine Belt Service in Lakewood and spoke to the service mgr. I asked if i could drop the car off to have checked. "Absolutely" was the response. I drop the car off. That next morning I received a call that not only did they find the problem, they also notice they had just received a recall on an item and fixed that too. The problem was fixed and the recall was also done. Everything was explain and the entire experience was painless and actually very much to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the service both Bob Domolki and Don Kerr provided. Hard to find these days. They have a customer that trusts and appreciates their service. Larry Durso More
