Adam is a great salesman and my experience was great dealing with him. Although it took a little work trying get out of him whether or not they had any 2011s left. I'm not sure what that was about. Our overall experience was great. They were having a celebration for Chevy's 100th bday the day we purchased the car. The festivities were fun including complimentary hot dogs, drinks, apple pie and a celebration for Chevy's 100th bday the day we purchased the car. We have a 2 year old that was running around the showroom (which made shopping difficult). The staff showed us to a playroom were he was entertained and we could talk business. Kevin Webster was our salesman. He did a great job. He was honest and straight forward and worked with us to get a good price on our Traverse. So far, we are very happy with the car and would definitely go back to Pine Belt to buy another vehicle. More

1st time i went to look at a car the salesman walked my gf and i around the cold parking lot to show us everything but what she asked to see. We left. We returned to the dealership a 2nd time, almost a gf and i around the cold parking lot to show us everything but what she asked to see. We left. We returned to the dealership a 2nd time, almost a year later because my girlfriend found another suv at the dealership that she was interested in. She called ahead to make sure it was still there and the secretary said it was. We arrived though to find out it had been sold 2 days prior. The salesman Mike then asked if he could show us something equivalent and we said ok. He then proceeded to show us an suv $7000 higher than what she was looking at. He made the standard shady salesman promises of how it would only be so much a month. Of course when he returned with a payment amount it was $160 more a month than he boasted about. Not necessarily his fault but dont make empty promises. I was looking at trading my vehicle in also on a sportier car. Mike and the sales manager John threw numbers at me over and over asking what they could do to earn my business. I decided that i couldnt accept the offer so i left. He texted me all the next day wondering if my gf was still interested and trying to get us back to the dealership. These texts continued for the next few days. Mike finally sent me 1 more text claiming he could get us both approved for such an amount each. This was weird to me since it was his day off. My gf and i decided to go to the dealership and speak with a manager to see if this was normal practice and a true offer. Needless to say they were as surprised as we were. The current sales manager on duty was a gentleman named mike. He directed us to a salesman named Frank whose customer service skills are lacking to say the least. I admit he was honest but he was also rude to my girlfriends father. We have no intentions on ever returning to this dealership again. More
