Carter knew everything we wanted by only asking a few questions and listening. We were at various dealerships that day and this was the last stop. Carter is not your typical dealer. He listens to what the customer wants and does not push (which all the other dealerships were doing that day). He knew what my husband and I were thinking before we could even tell him. I have never been so happy with the experience we received. Carter went above and beyond what you would expect. He put us first and made sure we had the best experience we could have. Most dealerships try to push you to get the sale - Carter was more of a friend who was trying to make sure you feel comfortable and happy. He was very informative and thorough with every detail. I cannot wait until we go back to get our next car. I would only go to Chevy and have Carter as our dealer. I am so happy we met him and he helped us with making our decision so much easier. More

We had a very pleasant experience. Doug Barnes was our salesman and we had a very good rapport with him. He was most courteous and showed us everything we wanted to see. I can't say how much the Service Advisor Andy Favata went out of his was to help me with the purchase of this vehicle. He contacted the sales agent and did his best to helped me with my decision on whether out of his was to help me with the purchase of this vehicle. He contacted the sales agent and did his best to helped me with my decision on whether to keep my older vehicle, which needed some work, or to persue the pruchasing of a replacement vehcile. He provided me a loner car while the technicians were diagnoising my car. The sales rep, Ryan Concord was also very helpful, no pressure. He advised me of my options. However, when I went to finance, I noticed a charge for 'window etching' was on my contract. I had not asked for window etching. I was told by the finance person that I should have been advised of this added expense by my saleman. This same thing happened to me when I purchased my last vehicle at Pine Belt. I was able to finally recover the money thanks to the help of the manager in charge. I think since this happned twice to me the dealership should open up the lines of communication between sales and finance. I have purchased aboudt 6 vehicles from Pine Belt. They are honest and accommodating but check the paperwork at the end. More
