I was on the hunt for my dream truck, a Chevrolet trailblazer SS. I very hard truck to come by! I was lucky this dealer had the truck and as soon as I arrived, I knew I would buy the truck. David and the team took care of me and just recently got my friend into a car also. I love my truck and the guys at pine belt and my next purchase will from Pine Belt Chevy. When I arrived they said the truck wasn't available so I left. I got a call a hour later saying they did have the truck and to come in. I got there and saw the truck and it was super clean! But a salesman from the suburb side tried to help me. The worst experience ever! He didn't know anything about the truck and told me, decent credit score and blank capital one check worth 26,000 that I couldn't get the truck which was priced at 18995. I left immediately when he asked for 4000 dollars down. I received another call and they asked why didn't I arrive and I told them that I did see the truck and they screamed noooooo that wasn't our sales team and to come back. Eric the sales manager then directed me to David Kidd. Great guy great person! Never made the purchase feel awkward or make it seem like a was buying a car at all! He made it enjoyable and easy! So to make a long story short, I got a great deal on my trade in plus my dream truck and today I liked them so much, I had a coworker to down and he got a car today and another buying next week! So I defiantly recommend this dealer for their service and their cars. You would be a fool to go elsewhere! More

From the moment of his greeting us out on the steps, to the discussion of our wishes, and then subsequent road tests, Chad exhibited a personable and knowledgeable demeanor. He was both extremely thorough and professional as we proceeded through the finalization of our purchase. In addition, Mike Melendy, who sold us our 2009 Malibu Hybrid, was instrumental in our deal. At no time did we feel at all pressured or minimized by our questions regarding the vehicle's features, options, warranties, etc. In addition,what has always given us great peace of mind with all of our GM vehicles, has been working with our service manager, Keith Basile, and his crew. It is because of their expertise and workmanship that we travel over 25 miles to have our vehicles serviced. This was by far the OVERALL best buying experience I have had in buying a new car. I kept waiting for something negative to happen....and it almost always does....but it did not!! Professional all the way and answered every question I or my wife had. I had a trade-in value in my mind and it was met. I had a bottom line price and that was met with no 20 times back and forth that most car buyers will understand. This car is mainly for my wife and David understood some things that might be important to her and not as much too me, which was great again. All the employees we met were very professional yet friendly. We purchased a new Chevy Malibu LTZ and am sure we will be very happy. Thank you David and I will recommend Pine Belt and you specificly. Wish you were closer!!! (We drove 35 miles each way--well worth it). More

Carter contacted us regarding a promotion that Chevrolet was having that we qualified for and we set up an appointment for the same evening. When we arrived Carter met us at the door and had a great person was having that we qualified for and we set up an appointment for the same evening. When we arrived Carter met us at the door and had a great personality. He was not pushy in any way and explained in detail what the program was about and how we should proceed. Carter showed us exactly the car with the options we requested and then made the numbers process very easy. He listened to what we had to say and worked with our requirements. It was nice that we only dealt with Carter and he did his best along with the dealership to meet our goal. The other people in the dealership were very friendly as well, they all talked and were very nice to our toddler who was with us. The dealership was clean and everyone made us feel welcome. We had to go back the next morning to drop off some documentation and found that everyone was very welcoming again. Carter has since called to assure that we were happy and if we had any problems he told us to call him. I would go back to the dealership and deal with Carter again in the future. More
I traveled over an hour and 45 minutes from Long Island to New Jersey because out of the 7 dealers I contacted or visited in Long Island not one of them made me or my wife feel comfortable and most tried t to New Jersey because out of the 7 dealers I contacted or visited in Long Island not one of them made me or my wife feel comfortable and most tried to sell us something we didn't want.Finally I contacted Pine Belt Subaru/chevy to look at vehicles they were by far the most helpful and professional. Other dealerships should use Pine Belt as the model of what they want to be. More

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no pressure to buy and when I did find the car I liked, the Salesman allowed me to take it for a drive and then stop at my wi buying a car. It was love at first sight and a couple days later that 2011 yellow Camaro convertible was mine. Everyone I spoke to at Pine Belt were very friendly, never had so much fun spending money hahaha ! Would I go back again for my next car ? You bet I will. More
