The entire staff was courteous and friendly, our sales person, Peter LaPlaca was extraordinarily wonderful. We went in prepared to do "battle" for the usual hard sell tactics experienced at other locations, (this is our first purchase from this dealership), but then we met Peter. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and before any "sales tactics" took time to just discuss our needs and types of vehicles we had in mind. He was great. There was no pressure, no hard sell. There was not one employee that we met that was not friendly. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the place, even the service area across the street, you could eat off the floor of the showroom! I rate this dealership a 5/5 because of how comfortable they made us feel, the courteous and friendly manner of the entire staff, and the lack of the notorious "hard sell" tactics that are so common at other dealerships. Of note, we had visited this dealership a few years ago, they did not have the vehicle we were looking for, but there friendlt mannerisms at that time is what brought us back this year. More
