Frank is a great salesman. I have bought 3 cars from him and would not go to anybody else. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford. Wasn't pushy just down to earth and a great guy. Joseph was not your "typical" car salesman. He was very real, down to earth. Made me feel we were both on the same level. Didn'y hand me any (unwanted) surprises. He was a real people person. I generally don't do this but when you get exceptional service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. La service it needs to be said. I had a problem when putting gas into the car. The gas pump kept shutting off when the tank was still not filled. Later the Check Engine light came on. I came home and called Pine Belt Service in Lakewood and spoke to the service mgr. I asked if i could drop the car off to have checked. "Absolutely" was the response. I drop the car off. That next morning I received a call that not only did they find the problem, they also notice they had just received a recall on an item and fixed that too. The problem was fixed and the recall was also done. Everything was explain and the entire experience was painless and actually very much to my satisfaction. I really appreciate the service both Bob Domolki and Don Kerr provided. Hard to find these days. They have a customer that trusts and appreciates their service. Larry Durso More

I have owned many cars throughout my life, and needless to express my gratitude for the wonderful service that was given by your dealer, Guy Gilbert. I have owned many cars throughout my life, and needless to say it is usually a mixed experience. One of excitement at the prospect of buying a new car, albeit along with that comes the stress of dealing with the financial component of buying something that is with in your budget. I have to say when working with Guy to find a car that would meet all of my needs it was much more comfortable than usual. He is not only a consummate professional, he was also very honest, and worked diligently to put me in the car of my choice. There will come a time when I am ready to buy again.
