In this current economy many dealerships are very disapointing. We went from being able to purchase a vehicle with no difficulty to being shot down at VARIOUS dealerships within two years. This was disapointing. We went from being able to purchase a vehicle with no difficulty to being shot down at VARIOUS dealerships within two years. This was our last try, we contacted pine belt. We went with no expectations, we figured it would be like all the rest...we were wrong! We actually left that same day with a vehicle that could fit all four of our children. We had unexpected twins and in the same year my husband and I lost our jobs. We could only afford one vehicle and it was not big enough to fit all four of our children. This was two years of no car and Pine Belt change our lives (literally). They are patient, honest and treated us like people who are in a difficult position in their lives and not like the other dealerships who just wanted to take advantage of our situation. Carter was our salesman, he was wonderful! He listened to us, even though we were high risk he got us a vehicle and even made us into minivan lovers!! I never thought I would be so happy driving a minivan and so thankful we came across Pine Belt ad, even though they are about an hour and a half away from where we live...I would drive 5hrs to see them. We will never go to another dealership and highly recommend them to anyone who is having a difficult time in their lives and just needs a break!! Ask for Carter tell him the very grateful Buchinksy family sent you!:) More

The dealership is large and has a good reputation. Marc Cohen was patient and understanding. He was courteous and respectful to me and my husband. The car was for me and Marc spoke to me! Some salesmen Cohen was patient and understanding. He was courteous and respectful to me and my husband. The car was for me and Marc spoke to me! Some salesmen will speak to the man vs. explaining, speaking or answering questions for the woman. Marc showed me so many cars and there was no pressure. He went out of his way to answer my questions and when he wasn't certain of an answer, he sought someone out who knew the answer. There was a good selection of cars available and I didn't feel pressured to buy one. I found exactly what I wanted and the purchase went very smoothly. I will recommend Pine Belt Chevrolet and Marc Cohen to all my friends and family. More

The sales transaction was easy, fast, and stress free. I was a "internet customer" and had coordinated with Ephraim via email and had a confirmed price before I went to the dealership. Purchased my leased vehicle on 6/11/2011 and today 7/28/2011 I finally received my plates. I was driving my car with expired temp. plate and the dealership said if I get a ticket they would just pay f 7/28/2011 I finally received my plates. I was driving my car with expired temp. plate and the dealership said if I get a ticket they would just pay for it...very unprofessional. Was TRICKED into buying a warrant by David who said the bank would not give me the "Special" interest rate if I didn't take it. Called bank after I left dealership and they said that it is not true and illegal in some states. When I asked them to cancel it they gave me the run around so I called and cancelled the warrant myself with the warranty company. I consistently called to get some info on where my plates were or why hasn't the bank received the paperwork yet or why hasn't my warranty been cancelled but all I got was voice mail and ZERO call backs. I had to call GM Headquarters for assistance and to get some answers. I had the old leasing company calling me everyday asking me where the car is because the dealership did not notify them about the car being purchased. I was able to find a much better interest rate than the "Special" offer that David provided and for a shorter period of time which saved me about a $1000 in interest. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone but if you do end up there make sure you do your research before and after you purchase a vehicle. Apply at your local bank for an auto loan because I'm certain you will get a better deal than what David will offer you. I recommend Chase Bank, they gave me an interest rate MUCH lower than David. And for Pine Belt Chevrolet Lakewood if you read this...my name is Gary and I purchased the 2008 Chevy Malibu black...thank you for providing me with TERRIBLE service!!! More

Prompt write up. Keith was with another client so Bob took me even though I was not in his service group. The standard oil change service was quick & also received a service discount from Pine belt. When my wife and I started looking around for a used car, at PineBelt, Kristen came out and Greeted Us. My wife asked her where the used cars were? She pointed out to us that they were on the other side of t at PineBelt, Kristen came out and Greeted Us. My wife asked her where the used cars were? Kristen was very professional and pleasant, she made us feel right at home.She found us a car that we really liked and it fit our Budget.She took us in to meet GARY LATVALA the Business Mgr. Gary took good care of us and gave us some tips on finance and the paperwork didn't take long at all. I have to admit that when we were on our way to PineBelt, I really didn't think that we could afford to buy a car, but the people at PineBeltmade it real easy.
