I went to two different dealerships before coming to Pine Belt in Lakewood. The service at the prior two dealerships was horrendous. I had salespeople ignoring me, talking and texting on their cell phones. E Belt in Lakewood. The service at the prior two dealerships was horrendous. I had salespeople ignoring me, talking and texting on their cell phones. Even in the middle of discussing my interest in multiple cars, they still interrupted me to send a text or answer their cell phones and have a conversation. When I came to Pine Belt, I was already discouraged and expected to be treated with the same service. I was so surprised and greatful that I was wrong! From the moment I walked through the doors everyone was so friendly and just a pleasure to work with. The customer service had surpassed my expectations and I walked away with 2 cars that I got a great deal on and are in immaculate condition! I will never go to another dealership again. Frank and Eric were fantastic to work with I would like to thank you for all your help, patience, and guidance. Pine Belt Chevy, you have gained a loyal customer for life and I couldn't be happier.
