We walked in knowing nothing other then we received a contest in the mail. Nick, who is a new salesman, took the time to explain the contest to us. He walked us through all of the paperwork and answered all of our questions. Ray was a joy to work with. He has a wonderful sense of humor! I had had a major car accident and dreaded looking for anything else. Not only did this team take that fear away for me, they replaced it with humor and good old fashioned service. That is something that doesn't happen too often, especially in a large dealership. Nick has continued to be a great help to us with all of the followup that was needed. Went to dealership Wed. night looking to purchase another Tahoe. Paul showed/test drove two Tahoes 2012 and 2013. Went over the cost of both SUV's. We decided on the 2013.
