I came in for an oil change and the 27 point safety check. My check engine light was on so I agreed to pay $100.00 to have that diagnosed. I was told I needed $1584.00 in repairs. I told Mr. Winand I needed to think about having the repairs done on this old car. I went to the cashier to pay and was told my bill was $248 insteda of the 168 I expected. The cashier called Mr. Winand who then corrected the mistake. When I read the reciept I relalized it was missing the prices for the sugested repairs, I was told to find Mr. Winand who wrote the prices on the reciept by hand. There were no diagnostic codes on the reciept and when I got home I realized I didn't have the 27 point safety check. Mr. Winand told me as I was walking out that if I had the repairs done he would give me various credits and discounts but he didn't put anything in writing. I felt rushed and that I didn't get what I came in for. More

David provided outstanding service. We had a Traverse that was 3 years old. We loved the model but this particular car had numerous, severe engine problems. 13 months ago, i bought a new chevy malibu form Pinebelt, my salesman was Guy gilbert, the car i wanted was a camaro but due to my poor credit score they were only able to get me in a new 2011 malibu Ls, whi my salesman was Guy gilbert, the car i wanted was a camaro but due to my poor credit score they were only able to get me in a new 2011 malibu Ls, which was fine, they told me in about 16 months i would more than likely be able to trade it in and with the payment history more than likely i would be able to get my camaro.. sure enough they called me in 13 months 3 months early and asked me to come in and pic the camaro i wanted, of course within reason with my credit...Needless to say my credit score only went up slightly but even still after about 5hrs i left with my new victory red camaro at a great price!! Now even though this process may take some time i would say to expect to be their 3-6hrs and maybe more depending on your credit and how many banks they have to search to get an approval, i would say make it a point to go their before you check anywhere else!!! you may get agrivated at the time it takes but if you have bad or poor credit this is the place to go and you will get a pretty good interest rate as well considering your overall credit score!! thats 2 brand new cars i purchased in less than 1 1/2yrs... My credit score the first time was a 560 which is terrible so if your their or above and at least $2000.00 to cover taxes and tags... you should walk out of their with a brand new car within reason... they were very helpful and they call you periodically to make sure your still happy with your car purchase as well as called me to wish a happy bday!! and sent me holiday cards...in my eyes thats above and beyond most dealerships and something i would never expect!! they make it a point to satisfy you without a doubt!!! "JUST REMEBER!! GIVE YOURSELF THE DAY TO BE THEIR DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PLANS AS THE PROCESS WILL TAKE PLENTY OF TIME IF YOUR CREDIT IS POOR" but you will be happy when you leave the lot with a new car!!! More
