After speaking with Frank and explaining my credit history was virtually no background, he helped me to put a deal together so I could purchase the car of my choice. After asking for quotes on a Chevy Cruze from a computer website, one of the many responses I had was from Ryan Concord. I selected his to answer mainly because I had gotten my previous Chevy ( Aveo ) at P website, one of the many responses I had was from Ryan Concord. I selected his to answer mainly because I had gotten my previous Chevy ( Aveo ) at Pine Belt in Lakewood and I thought it would be easiest to start there again. My situation seemed complicated ( to me ) so I briefly explained it, and said I really didn't have much availability to come in to get a new car. Ryan wrote back and said he could help me, and after another e-mail or two, I said I could BRIEFLY stop in that afternoon. When I got there, I honestly had half an hour until I needed to be out the door and on to the next thing. In that time, Ryan got my car appraised, copied my license, insurance and registration, got the process started, showed me a couple cars, and we even managed to talk about people we both knew. Ryan said he would contact me the following day, and I said I could stop back in, quickly. Within an hour, I had a text from him, saying I was approved and could get a car. I was 100% shocked !! I've had all sorts of car buying experiences from absolute nightmares to pretty good, but I have NEVER gotten a car so painlessly EVER. I admit to being a pretty easy customer, my 2 requirements this time were "automatic and pretty ", but I've often felt that my lack of car knowledge has occasionally caused me to get less than a great deal. When Ryan told me what my payments would be, I was shocked again. We hadn't really even discussed this in much detail, he just made it happen. I went in the next day, signed the papers immediately, and left with a new car in less than 40 minutes. I had never spent less than 3 hours getting a car, and have often spent far longer. I have been asked to put more money down to make the deal work on several occasions and have always felt like no matter how much I say I can afford, it always ends up being more than that. None of that happened this time. Ryan was professional, personable, punctual, and I honestly felt like all the things that mattered to me, mattered to him. Not only do I love my "pretty" blue Cruze, and all the features that came with it, but this was the most amazing car buying experience I have had in 40 years of driving. In the past I've had a variety of cars.. a Geo Metro, VW Beetle, Honda Civic... I car shopped anywhere with no real reason, but I will now buy any future cars from Ryan Concord at Pine Belt in Lakewood and will recommend both Ryan and this dealership to anyone I know looking to get a new car. This was a completely amazing experience ! More

What a great suprise in Lakewood! As a Toms River resident I have been purchasing my Chevrolets at the one on rt 37 for years. Without fail, everytime I go it is like pulling teeth. Needless to say when I realized I needed a truck I was not looking forward to it. I knew my closest store was now called Lester Glenn and in town we hear much advertisement of the "Lester Glenn Experiance" so I guess I was a little curious heading in, and hopeful that this time would be different. Usually I put up with the bad service, the bad deal, and just drive off with my chevys because we are a loyal chevy family for 3 generations. Let's just say that the "Lester Glenn Experiance" left so much to be desired that I actually almost left and bought a Ford just to spite them! (My grandfather rolling in his grave is the only reason i didnt) I'm not one thats big on change, but i decided to take the short drive to Lakewood and try Pine Belt Chevrolet before I did something I would regret. Im so happy I did. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by the size of the place, so I kept my distance and stuck to the lot with my gaurd up as I went through the trucks. Thats when a little fire cracker named Ryan Concord approached me. He was friendly and professional, and within the first 30 seconds not only did I realize I found a real salesperson, but actually felt like I just made a friend in the car buisness. I thought I knew my Chevy's but this guys knowledge of them just astounded me. In fact he taught me so much, we were able to curtail my vehicle selection and I prob saved more money finding the perfect truck than I ever would have hoped for him to come off the price. After that it was all gravy. He finally got me a car loan I can be proud of and I swear this guy was just as excited and proud to be selling a chevy truck as I was in buying one from him. Lester Glenn almost lost me for life and Ryan Concord and Pine Belt got me back. Not only will I be buying all my cars off Ryan, and not only will i recommend my friends and family, but I will also recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle at all. In fact when he told me how long hes been working, really just up the road from me, I felt a little foolish I hadnt come sooner. More
