First of all, I met the salesman above on a Monday and told him I would be back the next day, but personal obligations kept me from returning until Friday. The salesman (Robert Rubinacci) kept in touch during the week and was very understanding. Mr. Rubinacci took a lot of time with me on Friday while I was making my decision about what car too buy. He made sure the car was the right car for me. Robert was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He also gave me privacy when I called my son-in-law for assistance with my final decision. I really think I was lucky enough to have your best salesperson! By the way, I purchased my last car in 2006 at Pine Belt, which is one of the reasons I went to Pine Belt looking for a car this time. More
I purchased a vehicle 6/1/13. We found the vehicle we wanted, test drove it, and decided to buy it. From there it was a disaster. It took over 6 hours waiting for the paperwork to be ready to sign. so w wanted, test drove it, and decided to buy it. From there it was a disaster. It took over 6 hours waiting for the paperwork to be ready to sign. so where the real problem is, is it is now 26 days later and I still don't have my tags and registration. My temporary expired 6/20. I have been calling since a week before they expired and have been getting the run around. Finally on the day they expire I get a call saying I owe $20 more for my registration. This was very frustrating considering I already paid double what a registration normally costs but figured that was the price of getting a new car, all the added fees. I reluctantly paid the $20 and was promised by Dan the manager that my registration would be shipped overnight. It is now six days later and still no registration. My wife has been calling everyday and they can not give her an answer. 6/24 she was asked what our address was, showing their hand they never actually sent it on the 20th as they promised they had. They give attitude and tell us there is nothing they can do for us it should arrive eventually. What kind of service is that? Now my wife either can't drive her new car for going on a week now or has to drive it illiegally. Manager Dan, Manager Daryl, and salesman, Wayne have all been very rude and have shown horrible customer service. More
My husband, Thomas and I have dealt with your dealership for at least 7 years now. We have purchased cars and had service done on our cars. Our recent visit to Pine Belt was to enjoy an afternoon of music, hot dogs and hamburgers and see the vintage cars on display. Of course we wanted to see all the 2013 cars offered. We wanted to trade in my car for a new one. I am a senior citizen and do not need a large car but one that is easy to get in and out of. We met Wayne Pereira a sales Consultant at Pine Belt. He was very courteous and listened to what we wanted and the price we wanted to spend with the trade in. He showed us a few models but the Chevy Spark stood out. He told us there were two lemonade color (my favorite) models on the lot. We took test drives of both of them. But, the one in the show room stood out as it had the most features. We purchased the Chevy Spark . Thank you, Wayne Pereira for being so nice to us and knowing the answers to all of questions. He took the time to show us every feature the car had to offer. I contacted the dealership with specific parameters I needed to keep. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got more! Mitch was able to get me an even better model Camaro than I had asked for, an needed to keep. Not only did I get exactly what I wanted, I got more! Mitch was able to get me an even better model Camaro than I had asked for, and IN my price range. The process was smooth and relatively quick. He answered every question I had. This purchase was made on probably the most miserable, stormy day. Mitch made sure we had a dry building for which to examine my new car so we could go over it 100% with no issues, making sure everything was in working order. I would recommend this dealership to others in a heartbeat! The care, consideration, and patience displayed by Mitch and his team were beyond amazing. He should be commended for this deal.
