Purchasing a car has never been one of my favorite things to do. Derek made the experience a pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone. Derek made sure that we got all the answers we needed and made it easy to purchase a car from him. Additionally, he was respectful of our time and kept us up to date during the process of trading in a car and purchasing a new one while also handling another customer. I typically get two to three quotes from various dealers but after meeting Derek we think he earned our business and I chose not to get additional quotes as long as I felt satisfied I was being treated fairly. I obviously felt that I was treated fairly since I purchased the car from Derek without visiting any other dealers. More

About 2 years ago, we bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu from Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood. Guy Gilbert was our salesman at that time. We were very happy with the service from him at that time. Unfortunately, Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood. Guy Gilbert was our salesman at that time. We were very happy with the service from him at that time. Unfortunately, our 2011 Malibu was totalled in a car accident and had to buy another one. We returned to Pinebelt Chevrolet Lakewood and asked to speak with Guy Gilbert. We told him about our unfortunate incident, told him exactly what we were looking for and what price range we wanted to be in and he completed that successfully. He was an advocate for us before we even spoke with the finance person, Ray. Because of our unfortunate incident, we realized how important GAP insurance was to us, but we still needed to be in the same price range as our current monthly payment. Ray was able to negotiate with the bank, get us the gap insurance with a car that we are happy with and only paying $5.00 more each month for a 2013 Chevy Malibu. Thank you. More

I was made to feel very comfortable , I bought my first car from guy gilbert and jeff witkins through the credit acceptance program. I recently purchased a 2009 Chevy Impala. Frank was friendly, outgoing and very helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and a particular amount of mileage I wanted, in no friendly, outgoing and very helpful. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and a particular amount of mileage I wanted, in no time I was in my car. The only thing I didnt realize when I got home was that they signed me up for a 4 yr, not a 3 yr loan like I originally asked for. Other than the extra call to the bank, it was an overall easy and painless experience. More
