Our salesman, Ernesto Rodriguez was extremely patient with my wife who needed to test drive pretty much every vehicle on the lot. An amazing experience From the time I walked in till the time we left with our new car the experience was so pleasant. Every person we dealt with was kind and professional. Bringing children can be a pain being it can take some time doing paper work and all but they have a play area with a TV and kids had cookies and snacks. They brought us water as soon as we walked in. My salesman was great as well, Angel! He did every rite on the money! Darryl so kind as well. Bought a beautiful car thanks to Pinebelt. ++ Buyer Beware ++ Bait and Switch Dealership BUYERS BEWARE THIS DEALER IS A BATE & SWITCH DEALER AND VERY DECEPTIVE.....THEIVES.. Drove over an hour and half to the dealership to make a deal on BUYERS BEWARE THIS DEALER IS A BATE & SWITCH DEALER AND VERY DECEPTIVE.....THEIVES.. Drove over an hour and half to the dealership to make a deal on a 2015 Chevy Sonic. Had an agreed upon price from the internet sales manager Alona including all rebates that I qualified for and the correct stock number to the car documented in a email from her. When I arrived at the car dealership, I was told by Darryl Popper that it was a mistake and the internet sales manager was "incorrect on quoting me a price and that I would never receive a car at that price." I showed him the documented emails from Alona and he said he did not care and would not honor our agreed price...I was left with checkbook in hand and had to drive an hour and half back home with no car. My advice is to NEVER SHOP OR BUY FROM HERE watch their business practices. They do not like to talk about the price of the car, rather than an monthly payment. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. BUYER BEWARE! Do not waste your time with this dealership as they are THEIVES.& LIARS.. I am fortunate that I saved all my paperwork and will forwarding my emails and documentation to the BBB, GM Executive Office and NJ Consumer Affairs Board. BUYERS BEWARE..... More
