From the beginning, he stated that he would do his best to make it easy for us, and he really did that!!! From looking at the car and features, to the negotiation, to the purchase and even follow through after- we had some questions about the car/maintenance after purchase and Bill took the time to respond to every voicemail, and even talk to us more in person the following week, despite it being such a busy time of the year.
