Going above and beyond My son recently purchased a Colorado from Dan Kane. I am not going to lie. The dealership made a logistical error. We almost couldn't get him his firs My son recently purchased a Colorado from Dan Kane. I am not going to lie. The dealership made a logistical error. We almost couldn't get him his first truck. The truck that he had his heart set on after doing lots research and comparative shopping. In fact it happened at another dealership and they said sorry, end of story. We came to Dan. Given our experience elsewhere, my son was very nervous. Danny assured him and gave his word that he would make sure he got the truck upon arrival. Unfortunately yes, someone made a mistake. But that is how you judge someone. Its when there is a mistake, what do they do to resolve it. Even Danny's manager told us that getting the truck back was all him. He spent two days(including his day off evidently) calling and getting the truck. He told us that "he had given us his word and that would exhaust every resource to get it back. He also apologized even though I have been assured by his boss that this wasn't his error in any way. Unbelievably, we got a call. The truck was en route. Danny was driving it himself back to the got dealership. I've been buying cars for 40 years. I've never been so impressed in my life. I can't imagine buying a vehicle from anyone else in the future. More
