Taken advantage of and hussled. We have bought 2 cars from the dealership in the last 3 months. We were told our car had 5,000 miles on it and we would have to eat these miles. We ac We have bought 2 cars from the dealership in the last 3 months. We were told our car had 5,000 miles on it and we would have to eat these miles. We accepted that because they told us that was the only way they could work it. We then find out form one of their own that we were hustled out of the 5,000 miles and in no way we should have had to eat those miles. On receipt of my car my oil light came on with in a day so back to dealer because they never changed the oil on the car they sold us with these 5,ooo miles. We also had been made aware we were over miles by $1,500. In negotiations the sales person made us aware on many occasions that they would eat the over miles if we leased the new Traverse and we did. In the mail we received a bill for the $1,500 dollars in over miles. I also put down $1,500 in cash on the car so now I am out $3,000 dollars on a lease car that I will be returning in 3 years and I can't wait to get rid of it. Not only will I never lease again but I will never deal with this dealership. Great way to pay back a police officer who served this Community for 25 years. We thank you for the screwing. PS-I will make sure to post all my troubles on every social media site available to me and continue to email as many people in your organization that I can. More

The building was aesthetically pleasing, but more importantly, very clean and well maintained. I would like to specifically commend Todd on doing a fantastic job assisting us from beginning to end. He went well above and beyond above what we were expecting, and could not be happier with the level of service we received. Buying a car is not easy, however, he went out of his way to make us feel as comfortable with the process as possible. Silver Cruze I usually hate going to dealerships to shop for cars, because of the constant hovering of sales people. Today we went in just to get prices on leases I usually hate going to dealerships to shop for cars, because of the constant hovering of sales people. Today we went in just to get prices on leases and ended up buying a 2017 Cruze. Eugene went the extra step to show us the best deal for our needs...purchasing was the better route. Rip-Off The worst experience I ever had in my life with a dealer, I just can't believe that they get away with such twisted deals the rip off customers. I bought a 2015 jeep wrangler and they promised to get the hardtop since the jeep have the softone, it was included in the price I paid, they clearly told me (Ernesto sales and Bill the manager), that was three months ago and i'm still fighting, they agree to send a check to my surprise the hardtop cost over $2400 and the send me $250. stay away from this dealer for your own sake... More
