Fantastic, Professional, Easy Process Tomas was my sales guy. He did a phenomenal job in making the process simple and quick. He even came in on his day off in order to work with my crazy schedule to finalize the paperwork! I was NOT bombarded with 5000 phone calls. In fact, the only time we talked is when I truly needed to talk to him and when he followed up on the car to make sure it was everything I wanted! Easy fast honest When you walk into a dealership you almost dread the pressure of buying a car from the salesman but I did not feel that way at all here. I felt very a When you walk into a dealership you almost dread the pressure of buying a car from the salesman but I did not feel that way at all here. I felt very at ease while dealing with Tomas and Dave. They didn't make me feel pressured as other dealership do. They were honest and didn't try to push me into something I wasn't looking for! They were very honest and I did have a slight problem that had nothing to do with them but they both made sure the problem was fixed and I was a happy customer. I would see recommend this dealership. Ask for Tomas . He doesn't beat around the bush which makes for a fast easy sale if you know what you want. Dave was very understanding and made sure we walked out as happy customers. Like I said before I had a small poblem in the billing department which wasn't his fault but Dave took over and handled it for me. I can say I never felt so comfortable buying a car but thanks to these guys I can say that! More
Superb experience Mom and I walked in there not knowing what we wanted. All we knew we just got taken for alot of money from a private dealer and he sold us a lemon. My mom is a senior citizen and the other dealer took advantage of her. When we walked into Pine Belt we were first greeted by Bob Penny. He sat us down we told him our story, my mom got choked up and Bob genuinely cared. Not like a salesman, like a human being. Bob patiently spoke to us, allowing any and all questions and concerns to be spoken and he walked us into the courtyard and showed us a couple of vehicles. We test drive two and fell in love with one. A 2011 Subaru Forester. Never once did Bob become impatient and uncaring. Never once did he show that he was only in it for the sale. He definitely did not act like he was commission only. He became an immediate friend and I honestly mean that. We have never been treated so wonderfully by any salesman in our whole lives. For that we will be eternally grateful. Bob even found out all the medical problems that my mom had and believe me it's a lot. 2 cancers one paralyzation, where she learned had to walk again, she has vascular disease and heart disease. He was crying with my mom when my mom was talking to him. What salesman ever did that. No-one I ever met. When Bob helped us and got us approved, he sent us to Brian Brown where he was of the utmost professional and caring and understanding business man I have ever met. He too spoke to my mother in a caring tone. Bob even took our stuff we had from our old car and placed it in our new car. We left in awe of the treatment we received. We feel like if we ever wanted to visit we can because that's how good Bob and Brian made us feel. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Your kindness means a great deal to us. We will carry it in our hearts forever. More

Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!! went to this dealership over a month ago. I was interested in hearing more about the Pull Ahead Program. The salesman talked to me about the program went to this dealership over a month ago. I was interested in hearing more about the Pull Ahead Program. The salesman talked to me about the program and told me he could get me into a new lease. I told him I would get back to him. Throughout the month I decided to finance instead and ended up back at the dealership. I went in and told him that I wanted to buy out my lease, as my bank did not give me enough to cover the buyout. He sat down with me and ran numbers for the lease buyout and getting into a Certified Pre-Owned. He gave me a price for both and the manager said the numbers were correct. I left and came back a couple hours later and told them I wanted the buyout. They quoted me $284 for the buyout as my monthly payment. I did the credit application and waited. About 2 hours later, I was told that the buyout would not work without money down. They also could not get me into the Pre-owned either. He looked into getting a new one for the same price of my current lease. Around 7pm, I had spent just about the entire day at the dealership to be told I could not do the buyout, Pre-owned, or new and had to wait until Monday to hear back from the banks about the approval. The salesman told me he would text me by lunch time on Monday. On Monday, I did not get a text by 1:30pm. I sent a text and was told he needed more time. I waited another hour and tried to reach out again. I ended up calling and getting told I would get a text in 10 minutes with a deal. 2 hours later, I received a text that the deal was $60 over what I was told. I wasted 2 whole days trying to get a deal done, and got nothing but the run around and over 10 credit inquiries. I was not able to get a car with the features I wanted for the price I needed. My best advice is don't waste your time dealing with this dealership. I had two others give me exact deals via email and gave me real estimates of what they could actually do for me instead of bringing me in and wasting my time. More
