Another Great Experience We were looking to buy a car for my son to finish his college years with and were leaning towards a used car. Before buying a 10-12 year car my husband suggested we contact Bob Penny again over at Pine Belt and see if he could do anything for us with getting a decent lease price. I spoke to Bob on Monday morning gave him the financials we were comfortable with and by end of the evening I am thrilled to say my son will be in a NEW 2019 CHEVY TRAX! Bob is one of the best car salesman I have had the pleasure of dealing with his knowledge and personality make doing business with him a breeze. Pine Belt management has always been willing to work with us to keep us within numbers we are comfortable with and I would recommend Bob Penny and Pine Belt Chevy to all! More

My salesman Rob Foster- Follow-Up Review Everyone, Please accept this as a follow-up to the review I left of Rob Foster, which I kindly embellished in response to his request, and before o Everyone, Please accept this as a follow-up to the review I left of Rob Foster, which I kindly embellished in response to his request, and before our business was complete, which I mentioned in the review. When I returned for the previously-mentioned Pit Stop and to retrieve my new license plates Rob promised to have a cargo cover for me, as well as a full tank of gas that he did not provide at the time of vehicle delivery on November 10th. Rob told me at that time that the Pine Belt gas pumps were already closed. I do not know if this is true, but when I returned for the Pit Stop on December 10th Rob was nowhere to be found. He did not tell me that he would be off that day, he did not arrange for someone to fill my tank with fuel as he promised, he did he arrange for anyone to provide and install the cargo cover as he promised, nor has he followed up with me in any manner. There is something additional that Rob promised me, which he also did not provide at the time of the Pit Stop. As I mentioned in the initial review, Rob promised to have the Durango detailed before delivery, which he did not. This was clear at the time of delivery, but I did not complain. Rob, however, implored me in front of my girlfriend Beatrice and best friend Steve to take the Durango for a professional detail, and that he would split the bill with me when I returned for the Pit Stop. He expressed his disappointment with the Pine Belt detail crew, which he said were new. I mentioned that a full professional detail would cost upward of $500, but he insisted, and I obliged. I took the Durango for a detail to Mobile Auto Care in Closter, NJ on November 27th. The full detail cost $450 plus tax, which I paid. I then sent Rob interior and exterior photos of the results of the detail, and then followed up with a phone call. He expressed his delight and satisfaction, and requested a copy of the invoice, which I provided him on December 1st, along with a copy of the related cancelled check as proof of payment. All of this is unprofessional, unethical, and in my opinion, fraudulent. At the time of the Pit Stop I felt completely ignored and considerably embarrassed. If Rob was honorable, in lieu of his absence he would have arranged for someone to provide and install a cargo cover, fill my tank with fuel, and have a check for me in the amount of $240. My follow-up attempts to contact Rob have gone further ignored, which I do not appreciate. I am a man of understanding, and in life things happen and certain acts are unintentional. However, this is clearly intentional, and in response to being dealt with in this manner I am retracting my recommendation of Rob Foster. This is improper, unethical, and in my opinion, an act of fraud. I am not the personality type to make threats, but I expect the following monies from Rob Foster: • $240- 50% of the cost of the professional detail. • $215- the cost of a new cargo cover. • $50- the cost of a full tank of gas. I am giving Rob until February 28, 2019 to reconsider his injudicious actions and honor his promises to me. If he fails to perform I will further accept it as clearly intentional and proceed with the next steps. More
