On January 26, 2021, We drove to Pinebelt Chevrolet to return my 2017 Silverado Lease first thing in the morning. As they were opening, a salesman Eugene Cipriano greeted me to see if I needed help. I exp return my 2017 Silverado Lease first thing in the morning. As they were opening, a salesman Eugene Cipriano greeted me to see if I needed help. I explained my circumstance that I had leased the truck thru this dealership and was looking to return it. He immediately got the paperwork and took care of my lease return. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated this as I had to get to work soon after. If I do plan on purchasing or leasing a Chevrolet I plan on seeing Eugene Cipriano to do my business. Came into with an urgent matter that needed resolution by Pine Belt. Cesar was attentive, listening to the situation and did all he could to help.
