Thought frank was great until he sold me a car with a nail in the tire and no oil in it. Have called frank over three times left voicemails no response no call back no nothing ! Tried to get in touch wit nail in the tire and no oil in it. Have called frank over three times left voicemails no response no call back no nothing ! Tried to get in touch with management finally after a day three voicemails to three different managers someone got back to me and I told him the situation he said well how do you know the nail didn’t puncture the tire after you left and I’ll call over to the maintenance and see what they did to your car before you left. Hour later … still no call back this place is a joke and so is frank do not use him!!! So clearly they didn’t do the full work up and inspection that they are supposed to before the car leaves the lot when someone buys it! More
