No matter how many obstacles they were hit with, they were able to take my difficult situation and turn it into me driving home in my dream car. If I'm not convincing you to go see Lou and Eddie yet, maybe this will. Normally a dealership/customer relationship ends here. At PineBelt Cadillac it does not. The day after I drove home they continued to show high quality customer service...they, along with the manager of Finance, were able to work out a better deal with a different bank and called me back in to save me over $100 a month.
