I came in looking to get out of my beat up truck and into a decent sedan. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Knorr during my visit to Pine Belt Automotive on November 7, 2011. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific financial issues were very important to me. I am an eighth grade teacher with twenty- two years of experience working with the rollercoaster emotions of seventy-five fourteen year olds on a daily basis. However, I was not prepared for the gamete of emotions I would personally experience during the process of buying a car with a poor credit rating. In just a couple of hours, I went from calm and collected, to elation, to anxiety, to skepticism, and then finally back to calm and collected. Throughout it all, Mr. Knorr patiently guided me through each emotion, and I am deeply appreciative of his support and assistance. While I know that Pine Belt Automotive is renowned for the customer service it provides, Mr. Knorr went beyond the expectations of a salesperson and treated me with dignity and with the utmost importance. In the past, I felt that car salespersons were not sensitive to my specific financial needs and provided the quickest and most convenient solution in order to make a sale. However, not in this case, Mr. Knorr handled my issues as if they were his own. For that, I am grateful. I am a very loyal customer. I bought my last four vehicles from the same dealer. However, when the need to make a sale took preference over customer service, I decided it was time to go elsewhere. When an organization demonstrates honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service, I thank them with my repeated business and recommendations. Pine Belt Automotive has demonstrated honesty, integrity, and more importantly excellent customer service; my loyalty has found a new home. I leased my new 2011 Cadillac CTS from Pine Belt Cadillac. I have never been SO SATISFIED with a dealer before. Read before you consider going there! They gave me a quote over $4,000 more than 3 other dealers, and this was just after 5 mins with the other dealers, instead of 3 hours. They lied to me telling me I could get the car without a cosigner (this is the first car I finance) After meking me drive 82 miles because finally they got my car and again spending 3 hours there, they told me they made a mistake the first time and I did needed a cosigner after all! Two days later my husband (cosigner) and I drove all the way there again after work under a horrific weather (but finally I was getting my car, so I was excited!!!) We got there and the finanacial office had another customer so in the meantime they took me to "my car" to set up on-star and connect my phone to the car. When finally they called us to the office they had put the entire car under my husband's (cosigner's) name instead of mine! This is after I had told them that the main reason I was getting this car is because I wanted to build up my credit, since my husband is the one that always buys the cars...I guess they never listened to me just to the word "deal, I'll buy the car" Horrific experience!!!! I'm afraid to go to other dealers now! More
What a hassle free experience. I had my car in for warranty service and had no problems with them fixing my SRX. John and Jason listened to all my concerns and took impeccable care of me and my car. I have a Cadillac dealer 2 miles from my home and I would take it to this dealer, which is 20 miles away for all future concerns, if any. Thank you John and Jason! More
