Fantastic service! This dealership has a large selection of various trim levels and they work with you to find something you want that is within your means. My purchase of a 2013 ATS 2.0 performance went without a hitch. Jim and John both worked with me and my wife to find the color and trim level until we were satisfied completely. Once I finally decided the exact ATS I wanted with all of the options Johnwent over all of the features in the vehicle. He explained all of the driver awareness safety components and what I should expect the car to do in each instance. He paired my iPhone with the vehicle and setup my OnStar account on the Internet so all I had to do was push the blue button. I will be going back to Pine Belt Cadillac when this lease is up and I personally will not go to another dealership. I have already told all of my co-workers to go to the Pine Belt family of dealerships when they are looking for a new or used vehicle due to the outstanding customer service and easemthe entire sales expirience I just want to thank Jim, John, and Ernie for all of the personalized care they gave my wife and I and look forward to seeing them for my regularly scheduled maintenance. Martin was absolutely terrific, from the time I started my search until I walked out the door. He was patient and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, not the normal car sales pitc my search until I walked out the door. I bought my wife new fully loaded Cadillac SRX with all the warranties. I was thinking that their service department would be as good as Mercedes or Audi. The idea was I would travel and she would not have the warranties. I was thinking that their service department would be as good as Mercedes or Audi. The idea was I would travel and she would not have to worry about the car. What a mistake. Taking the car to get serviced has become a nightmare for her. DO NOT BUY a car from this place unless you plan on taking it for service somewhere else. The best part is when they call for a survey and you complain the customer rep person recommends going to another dealership. More
several months ago I stopped into pine belt cadillac to pick up brochures on cars that I might be interested in. Doug Brustman approached me when I entered the showroom. I told him that I wanted the brochures to review at home with my wife, but I was recovering from a recent illness, and wouldn't be starting the effort that I needed to give for a few more months. He gave me his card, and said when ever I am ready to talk, and test drive I should contact him. That was the end of jan., or the beginning of feb. 2013. I was up to the process by the end of march, and went to see Doug. I test drove 2 cars, the ats, and cts. We then sat, and talked. I told him that I wasn't to fond of the 2 cars that I tested. I then suggested maybe I would like the srx, especially since I was coming out of an suv. I told him that I would talk to my wife, and get back to him. Well, I did call him to talk about the srx, and he worked some numbers for me over the phone. I said that I would get back to him. Bottom line is the dealership was interested in my trade. Three years old, in excellent condition, and with very low mileage. (about 6,000/yr) We went back, and forth with a few phone calls, and finally agreed on a price, subject to my test driving the srx when I would be coming back to complete the sale which my wife, and I did in a day, or two. That's some background, and now some details about the individuals involved.j Doug Brustman was cordial, laid back, and not your typical pushy sales person that I have run into over my 34 car buying experience. He read me right, and knew how I wanted to be treated. He knew that I had done this many times, and wanted a stress free deal. Well, he lived up to that at a very high level. Doug worked closely with Jim Corlett (Gen sales mgr) and they did work hard to make me a buyer. I told Jim Corlett that if it wasn't for Doug's approach, personality, and wonderful attitude (and of course the deal) I most likely wouldn't have come back to buy a cadillac at Pine Belt. In my 2 short conversations with Jim Corlett I also found him to have a very nice way of communicating with the customer, and thank him for the deal he was able to work out for me, and my wife. Just yesterday I came into service for an item they had to order. I met and dealt with Chris Brumett (service advisor) He was pleasant, and very helpful, and I look forward to working with him for any future service dept. visits (hopefully only for maintenance, and not problems) Marv G. Me and my brother spent weeks researching vehicles online and reviews and at the end of all of that, still had no idea of what I wanted or who we would deal with. Then I got a call from my new best friend Ma and reviews and at the end of all of that, still had no idea of what I wanted or who we would deal with. Then I got a call from my new best friend Martin. Martin is the type of guy you can trust. I sure had my guard up but he convinced me that if we made the drive out to him, he'd take care of us. To say he took care of us would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! His whole staff, from his top salesman ( who he insisted I work with) to the Finance guy ( who is, according to EVERYONE, supposed to be mean, is actually one of the most genuine people I've ever met) treated me, my brother and my dad like family. You have to meet these guys! They are the absolute opposite of the stereotype. I could not see myself buying any future cars from anyone but these guys! Highly reccomended, greatly appreciated!
