Joe made our visit a great one. We went through all aspects of purchasing an XT6. Although we haven’t made up our mind yet. Pine Belt will be a place of future purchase. Shout out to the service team at Pine Belt. Had an unfortunate experience of teenage son breaking down at night and pulled his car into the dealership parking lot, and left overnight. This morning went to try and fix, and two incredible employees Ralph and Joe diagnosed the problem, and got me straightened out. Pulley and belt broke. Unfortunately I couldn’t have the service done there but Pine Belt went way beyond what was needed, and would recommend them to anyone as truly professionals who care. If you are looking for a Cadillac or own one, this is your place for a superior Experience. I’d give them 10 stars. More

In follow up to my email about the Pine Belt Cadillac service department, as noted our XT4 went into the shop for the 4th time for engine oil leak. They had the car for several days and notified us that service department, as noted our XT4 went into the shop for the 4th time for engine oil leak. They had the car for several days and notified us that they had to order a crankcase seal and did not know how long it would take (they could not get the part sent overnight). The several days later they said the problem was the oil pan (note that they had resealed the oil pan several visits ago), they resealed the oil pan again using a different procedure (note GM had issued a bulletin about this issue but they had not read the notice). we picked up the vehicle on September 2nd, they had the vehicle from August 19th to September 2nd. During this period I spoke to the dealership manager, the service manager and the onsite service person and none of them showed any concern about the time to resolve the issue. The dealership manager told me to call Cadillac and make them buy back the car, that was his total concern. More
