I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. I hope one day I can change this review but as of right now we’ve had the worst experience in our lives with buying a car from here. we were taking a I hope one day I can change this review but as of right now we’ve had the worst experience in our lives with buying a car from here. we were taking advantage of by the salesman Dylan who told us we would be able to refinance in six months With the lender that we had and when we spoke to them, they told us they never do that and never would . Also, when he was running our credit, he promised he wouldn’t run it through a bunch of different banks So it wouldn’t affect our credit that much. Well he ran mine and my fiancés about seven times each. Also had to bring it back multiple times with transmission problems. They rebuilt the transmission once and I was told I was lucky that I only had to pay $600 for a $6000 job because I had a warranty and I’ve had nothing but problems with the transmission ever since. Every time I bring it in, they tell me there’s nothing wrong with it but when I bought it to Pine belt in Lake Wood, they told me they found codes for the transmission and the transmission slipping, but I had to deal with Tomsriver because that’s where it was originally rebuilt. We have also been trying to refinance this car after six months like we were told from the salesman we have never made one late payment, but nobody will refinance it because of how much we owe and how much the truck is worth.Dylan really took advantage of us. I have now been waiting over three months for Leon the manager in service department to call me back to schedule a time for him to take a ride with me.He Also told me he received an email after calling numerous times and bringing the car in about the traverse and it’s transmission slipping, and he would get right back to me. The one good thing I have to say is I did message the owner and he did message me back and he seems like the only person to care. I’m waiting right now to see what happens. A different manager called me today and said he would call me right back to make an appointment to come in tomorrow sometime and he would take a ride with me and I have not heard back from him either.Hopefully, I can change this review. I was always reluctant to buy a car out-of-state thinking that getting the car registered in PA would be a hassle. But I found a car on-line that suited my wife's requirements (Bells & whistles) and mine (p that getting the car registered in PA would be a hassle. But I found a car on-line that suited my wife's requirements (Bells & whistles) and mine (price) so we ventured across the river to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. We had the good fortune to meet an unspoiled young salesman, Eric Rudolfsky, who was just amazing. As I noted, the price was fair - as it had been reduced recently, and there were no last minute surprises, (add on costs). Eric came with us on the test drive and painstakingly explained all of the features of the XT6 to us. He helped us transfer our auto insurance and Sirius radio account, hook-up our cell phones and program the radio, and he even re-installed our E-ZPass. Most of all, in the weeks since our purchase, he has patiently taken our calls and re-explained what we needed to know and do when we couldn't find the answer in the owner's guide. New cars are beyond the reach of my retirement income, but Eric treated us like royalty and made this purchase of a "pre-owned certified" Caddy feel like we were actually stepping up in the world. August 25, 2023 I recently purchased my Cadillac Lyriq. I wanted to wait until all transactions were completed in order to respond to this survey. I finally received the requested license plate today. It was my second attempt to obtain the plates that I asked for, over a month ago. The car is registered in my husband’s name after I explicitly and repeatedly stated it was that it was to be placed in my name as per the two previous Cadillac’s that I have purchased. I’m not going to go to Motor Vehicle and re-register as suggested. Why should I correct the errors of other? There were other issues also. I never received updates as to car delivery date. My sales person was no longer employed by Cadillac and I was never informed. Unanswered messages. It was not an experience that I am willing to repeat. That being said…I do love my car and thank Cadillac for making my daily driving experience an exceptional one. The Lyriq was worth the wait! More

When I first visited Pine Belt I was greeted by Alex Santos. He immediately made me feel like I was at the right dealership after having dealt with several others in the last two years. I have been trying to buy an XT5 since 2021 believe it or not. I saw online that they possibly had a 2023 with the options I required coming in. After checking records he assured me one was in transit and it was mine if I wanted it. In the mean time I test drove an XT5 and an XT4 to be sure. He was beyond patient. Last week I received a call that the 5 was in. The next day I drove back and met Alex. Still being unsure he insisted I drive both again. Talk about a patient person!!! There were several things on the 5 I did not care for but Alex immediately went about correcting them. He listens, cares about your wants and makes the buying experience pleasant. I highly recommend you ask for him if you are in the market for a Cadillac. Thanks again Alex. Susan More

Today was a day that many were involved in helping create a luxury experience Leasing a Cadillac. He had the General Manger Marc Stango sit with us and review all that was to offer. Never once was their pressure- I was given the time and space to review all options to come to the best decision. I was then able to work with Alex Libassi who helped bring the deal together on leasing my new Cadillac CT4! They are very nice, and told me I was getting a great deal because the manager was a friend of a friend. Eventually I saw that they advertised newer models of my car for two hundred dollars a month less deal because the manager was a friend of a friend. Eventually I saw that they advertised newer models of my car for two hundred dollars a month less. And now I see the better version of my Luxury car at three hundred dollars less. When I called a lease manager at pine belt, she got very defensive and rude, saying she had nothing to do with my problems. So if you like being overcharged by people with poor attitudes, this is the place for you. More
