I was traveling from WI to KY and my CarPlay was not giving me directions. I called and the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I found the dealership. One of the salesmen tried the reconnec giving me directions. I called and the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I found the dealership. One of the salesmen tried the reconnection the CarPlay but could not. Pilson's service department took the car in and was able to reconnect the CarPlay with the iPhone. I was in and out in an hour and back on the road. More
