Normally I have had positive experiences when using this dealership. On my last visit to get an oil change I had to wait quite a while to be acknowledged by the service desk staff. All of them were working dealership. On my last visit to get an oil change I had to wait quite a while to be acknowledged by the service desk staff. All of them were working on their computers and did not greet or even look up from their computers.When they did speak to me all conversations were minimal. They also set up a second appt for additional work. Parts had to be ordered but were delayed in shipment. I came to dealership for appointment waited at least 15 minutes before they realized the parts weren’t in yet? Set another appt for 1:00pm 2 days later. I called at 9:30am to see if parts were in and spoke to service rep. They said they would have Parts Dept check and they would call me back. I did not receive a call back until 1:30pm saying the parts were in? I did com in same day and had work completed. I am not use to coming into your service area when I am the only customer there and not being acknowledged in a timely manner. I’ve always been happy with the service I have received in the past! I think if you have the public coming in to your business you should at least acknowledge their presence even if you can’t help them at that moment and let them know it will be a few minutes More
