Arsenio met us and we gave him the list of cars we would like to look at. He got the keys and then said if we needed anything to let him know. We were free to look at all the cars on our list. We test drove several. The next day I emailed Arsenio with several questions and all of my emails were answered promptly. The next day we showed up to purchase our car. I don't think it took them 30 minutes to process our paper work. We used USAA and they were very familiar with the insurance and loan process. Will I purchase my next car from "Pigg" YOU BET. Arsenio and Pat not only made my wife and I feel at ease when we were looking on the lot, but also when we were negotiating the price. Pat went above and beyond the explain to my mother how the title process would work out of state--even called the Louisiana DMV office to get the full breakdown of taxes and registration fees. I lived several hours from dealership but decided to pursue. Jamie Frost, sales rep, described the car over phone telling me everything I would see. I then made the drive and it was exactly as he described. Car was in great shape and well worth the drive. I had a great experience and lobby area was filled with several other very satisfied buyers.
