Recall work quick and nearly painless I recently scheduled work for an airbag recall on my 2007 Milan. When I scheduled my appointment, I became concerned because the only available day wa I recently scheduled work for an airbag recall on my 2007 Milan. When I scheduled my appointment, I became concerned because the only available day was going to conflict with work, and Les said that the dealership would not have a loaner car for me. This was pretty alarming since the mailer I received from Ford told me that I would get a loaner car while the maintenance was completed, and missing work is extremely difficult for me. This was also my second attempt to schedule the work. On the first call I gave my information to one of the service associates who then asked me to submit a form on the website, which I did. I then did not receive any response. At all. I called again after I received another recall notice from Ford. That being said, after this second call, Les was able to schedule me for an appointment that was much sooner and that fit into my schedule so that I did not have to take off any work. The service was completed in less than an hour, and my actual experience at the dealership went smoothly. I would rate the entire experience 5-stars if not for the botched first attempt to schedule work. I still have work I need done on the car. More
