My friend asked me to come take a look at a 2004 F250 Diesel and being a good friend I wanted to help him out. Gus was not a very welcoming salesmen he only shook my friends hand and did not bother to say hello to me. Bob the sales manger did the same. After the deal fell through and we decided to leave, we asked for the add with the 10,490 price and for some reason the dealership had lost the paper. So we waited for 10 minutes while they looked and finally we went to the front desk and asked for a new printout. The guy printing off our paperwork was very nice and even signed the paper to honor the 10,490 price but the other sales associate sitting behind the counter gave us a dirty look and turned to the other salesman and said ," why are you doing all that" in a rude tone. We will not be back to purchase a vehicle, this place is a joke and they do not care about you. More

Buying a vehicle is always a bit stressful, but I must say there was really no stress involved with this purchase. David was easy to talk to and got us a super deal on a very nice truck. This dealership practices both the "backdated contract" and "yo-yo" scams. They will call you back several days after you sign contracts and take delivery to say that you need to come back in to contract" and "yo-yo" scams. They will call you back several days after you sign contracts and take delivery to say that you need to come back in to resign the contracts because they "made a mistake" on the original one. The new contract is then backdated to the date of the original contract, which is illegal in the state of Washington. RCW 46.70.180(4) states that a dealership must contact a customer within four days from the date of the signed contract to let them know if financing was accepted or rejected. They did not contact me for nine days. Upon the advice of my attorney, I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dealer Licensing Board, as well as contacted the State Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! 05/11/12 UPDATE -- Luk Blackwell of Harris Ford has been in contact with me tonight in an attempt to mitigate my situation. I am impressed that he responded to my complaint so quickly, and hopefully we will be able to come to a resolution of my situation. It is encouraging to know that someone at the dealership closely monitors online consumer complaints and is at least willing to help. Thank you, Luk. Buyer beware of this internet business devopment manager who will lure you in and take you for a ride. He wont show you any upfront cost breakdown but will show you a monthly payment plan for your potential who will lure you in and take you for a ride. Only when I was in finace did I realize I had signed up for all the extras without prior knowledge, service package, extended warranty, diamond fussion package and Cilajet. I was never offered the opportunity to pass up on these extras and when mentioned to the "closer" as I'll call him I got a look of disbeleif. Now I come to find out that the closer missed the ball on my license fee's and I owe the $63.00 to get them. Not a big deal but let's face when does the thievery end; never again will I purchase from this dealership. Consider yourself warned. More
