Great place to shop I really enjoyed working with Harris Ford. We drove down from Bellingham and we're running a little behind schedule but called on the way down and let I really enjoyed working with Harris Ford. Logan assured us that would be okay so we headed that way. We drove up and Logan introduced us to EJ who took us for a test drive while Logan reviewed our trade in vehicle. We informed them that we would be interested in purchasing the truck and we moved quickly to negotiate pricing for both vehicles. Both salesmen were very professional and we never felt rushed even though we arrived late. Financing also went smooth and the review of extended warranty offerings was thorough. No respect for their clients time My experience at Harris Ford was not ideal. In fact it fit with every dealer horror story I've ever heard. Once the PO was signed they wasted hours My experience at Harris Ford was not ideal. In fact it fit with every dealer horror story I've ever heard. Once the PO was signed they wasted hours of my time due to incompetency. For example, I had to spend $300 on a rental car because the car was not available on the day it was supposed to be ready. It needed a part. They did not call me to tell me it wasn't ready. They didn't offer me a loaner car. So I had to renew my rental car. Three days later they call and say I can have the car, but the part isn't in and I'll have to come back. If that's the case, why not let me take the car three days earlier, before I spent $300 on a rental? Sigh. in addition, hours of my was wasted. Seriously, they had NO respect for my time. Why does it takes 2 hours to pick up a car you've paid for? Anyway, if you want poor customer service and poor communication go there. If not pick somewhere else. More
