Great Service Shawn was not pushy and he listened to what I wanted. Even after purchasing my car he still made me feel like a priority. I brought my car back to have them steam clean it for me and I found chips in my window and they took care of that for me and didn't even charge me. Shawn (my sales associate) would give me updates on what they were doing with my car. When I came in for a visit to discuss the warranties (I had buyers remorse over the warranties and wanted to discuss them further) I purchased through them I had to wait a little and Shawn saw this. Even though he was helping another customer he made sure that during his time that I was being seen too and not just sitting there being ignored. More

Great Service Came in for a low tire pressure warning light. I checked the tires but found they were not low. Turns out the cold weather can cause this issue. The service fella read the code,,and with Ford's extended warranty for such code,,,I Brought my car in because of an engine code that kept coming on. Excellent but with opportunities for improvement While there were a few bumps in the road, overall our experience wht Harris was positive. First, some opportunities for improvement: 1) Sometime While there were a few bumps in the road, overall our experience wht Harris was positive. First, some opportunities for improvement: 1) Sometimes appointments with sales staff were not followed up. Ex. we made an appointment with one salesperson, but when that individual could not make the appointment, the handoff to another salesperson was inadequate: a car we hoped to test drive was not available in the store. Hence a wasted trip to Harris. 2) I noticed on serveral occassions that the staff did not seem to communicate client needs to a designated backup causing quite a bit of confusion and wasted client time and energy. 3) There was a moment when we thought we had an agreement, yet there had not been full disclosure about the vehicle's accident history. I only found out after we contacted our insurance agent who, based on the VIN, informed us of a significant claim against the 2015 used car. 4) I felt very rushed and pressured to purchase the various warranties and extras that were offered after we decided to purschase the vehicle. I was very tired and it was very late and would have preferred to take a little time to think about this. But I was told that it would all cost more if I delayed. This part of the process was very unsatisfactory. Now for the positives: 1) Despite a number of miscommunications, the sales person who eventually worked with us was extremely deligent in making sure all of my questions were answered, in helping us find manuals and documentation, and really just following up on every issue that came up. He was also knowledeable about the car and very professional. Really a very good asset to Harris Ford. 2) In general all of the personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. 3) Your Finance Director was also very helpful in that as I didn't fully understand what the terms of the Limited Service contract we purchased was, he offered to give us the Premium Service agreement at no extra charge. I thought this a wonderful example of total customer satisfaction. More
