Excellent Service My heater motor broke on the Saturday before Christmas. I called on December 26th, and sure enough, my service person, MC, was there. I was going out of town on the 27th, so asked if I could just drop it off, and that was fine. As it turned out, there was a cancellation that day, and they were able to start the work. Unfortunately, I also needed a valve cover gasket, which my husband suspected, so they couldn't finish it on Tuesday, but I was able to pay by phone with my credit card, and MC parked my car with the keys and receipt inside, so I could pick it up when we return on Saturday. I love Harris Ford and have recommended it to many people. When it comes time to buy a new car, I will definitely do business with Harris Ford again. More

Good but lengthy It took 4 1/2 hrs to make the deal and another hour to be able to drive away. The gas tank was almost empty the tires should have been rotated based o It took 4 1/2 hrs to make the deal and another hour to be able to drive away.
