This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Larry and his staff are first of all genuinely friendly. Not a typical salesman act, but friendly. Larry asked me what I needed to buy the vehicle I wanted. I told him and he made it happen. They are honest and efficient. I purchased the Ford Flex I wanted, but two days later the climate/entertainment system stopped working. I called Larry thinking he would remind me I had signed a "As is, no warranty" contract. He did not even question me, he just said bring it in we'll get it looked at. I live about 20 miles from the dealership and had arranged for my wife in advance to pick me up during her lunch break. Not necessary, As soon as I walked into the office he asked one of his associates to bring around a loaner for me to drive, I did not even have the chance to ask for a loaner. That is what I call excellent customer service. Fast turnaround I went in for a battery change and was back on the road in 15 minutes! I wouldn't use anyone else to service my fusion plus they are very close to my home. The new car sales department is fill of xxxxxxxx out to get the last buck. I have had two visits in the past. The first when I purchase my fusion. I purchased from Kirkland ford a few days after a very bad visit the Harris. These guys are high pressure experts! The second time was when I wanted to trade my car for a new one. Same old story with the high pressure guys. I walked out when they wanted to charge me $1500 more because I was paying cash. I guess cash isn't good enough for some dealers. They want the markup for a loan too. Don't waste your time...... just go somewhere else More

This week I had a company van worked on, my 26' motor home service plus brakes and even brought my chevy truck in to have Harris work on it. Great communication and up dates.
