Shoreline, I tried to find someone to take me back home, and I did if I needed it. Called Harris, the service Manager got me right in. The very nice lady shuttle, took me home, and came later in the day to bring me back to Harris Every one was very nice and helpful. I am not very steady on my feet, and the driver did everything to make it easier for me. In the end, another lady took me to my car, so I did not have search for it. She started the car, I think, opened the windows, so the car would cool off, using the A/C, and showing me that the window was functional. Pleased with service My new 2018 Ecosport developed a leak in the auxiliary transmission fluid pump within 3 weeks of my buying it. When I brought it in to be looked at I My new 2018 Ecosport developed a leak in the auxiliary transmission fluid pump within 3 weeks of my buying it. When I brought it in to be looked at I was told it'd be two weeks for an appointment, but after looking at it the service rep Danny Schwartz got me in in two days. When I dropped it off Customer Relations Manager Shelly Devereaux arranged a loaner with no hassle. It was 5 days for the fix, but having the loaner made it painless and I appreciated the efforts these two employees put out on my behalf. More

From routine oil changes and other scheduled maintenance items, to their conscientious professionalism in having my driver’s door adjusted to solve wind noise and water penetration, to this latest minor issue of a faulty emission valve causing the “check engine” icon to illuminate, “MC” and the rest of the service department demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine regard for the customer. I remain much impressed by these fine folks. More
2011 Escape Oil Change I was told when making the appointment that it would take an hour to 1 & 1/2 hours due to being busy. I was fine with that - no problem. It ended up taking a little longer but that was no problem and I half expected that anyway. Great job as my vehicle was checked for any other problems too. There were a couple new items that needed attention too but I did not have the time to stay and longer as I had to get home to babysit. Will need to set up a new day and time for these items to be repaired and also, the Escape has a recall on it so will get everything taken care of on my next visit! Happy with the whole team at Harris Ford Service!!!! More
