I called about a concern and he immediately had me schedule time to bring in my car. He suspected I would need a costly repair and becasue I was nearing the end of my factory warranty he wanted to get it inspected quickly. His instincts were right and the repairs were covered by the warranty. He provides recommendations without pressuring to do work or purchase items. He even helped me plan a timeline on when I would need new tires so I could look for sales and be financially prepared since I have a SUV and larger rims. Thanks Jay!! More

Superb! Jay checked me in even 30mins after my scheduled 4pm appointment, and that's on Friday Eve. Vehicle Assist Program Returning from Portland Saturday evening on Marginal Way during rush hour, dark and raining I struck a foreign object on the roadway. My right front t Returning from Portland Saturday evening on Marginal Way during rush hour, dark and raining I struck a foreign object on the roadway. My right front tire immediately went flat. I was able to safely exit the road on the right and park the car in a empty parking lot. I called the Vehicle Assist number and they dispatched a tow truck. The truck arrived in less than an hour and the driver placed the car front on a dolly and towed it to Harris Ford 19 miles away. The tow truck driver explained what he was doing as he worked....nice fellow. I called Harris Ford and informed them of my situation. The manager on duty had a loaner ready on our arrival. Another nice person! The Service Department was closed for the weekend so I returned the loaner on Tuesday. The Vehicle Assist program worked amazingly. After a very stressful incident I am really thankful to Harris Ford for saving the day! Thanks to all that were involved. More
