Harris doesn't seem to understand that they are the dealer of luxury auto and means there are some extra touches for the buyers such as a wash job each time the car in brought in for service, an inside clean up, etc. It never happens unless you ask. Recall Fun We recently were sent a recall notification for the passenger side airbag unit for our 2012 Ford Fusion. As we were preparing to take a trip, we want We recently were sent a recall notification for the passenger side airbag unit for our 2012 Ford Fusion. As we were preparing to take a trip, we wanted to coordinate the recall with an overall check of the vehicle. MC and Les were very accommodating and both services were performed on 3/21. In the course of the recall, the HVAC system went out and, thanks to MC this was accomplished in short order. Les arranged for a loaner car and we were all able to get to work during the two days that the HVAC system was being repaired. I can't state more strongly how positive our experiences have been at Harris Ford in the years that we have done business there, but when it comes time to shop for another car, it will be the first place we go. Keep up the great work! More

fix recalled 2012 F-150 The folks at the service department are VERY nice. MC is the best! My truck had been recalled to fix the transmission suddenly down shifting to 1st The folks at the service department are VERY nice. MC is the best! My truck had been recalled to fix the transmission suddenly down shifting to 1st gear. When I went in to make the appointment, they fixed me up in two weeks. When I arrived at the scheduled time I was told it would take about and hour or so. (I hadn't experienced the sudden downshifting at all). I was really surprised to have the truck back in about 30 minutes or so. Truck was clean and absolutely no sign of grease or anything (I suppose the transmission problem is in the engine compartment). I had a little trouble getting the system reset from kilometers to miles, but the service rep showed up immediately and reset it. Very nice experience. No charge for anything of course since it was a Ford recall. More
