Fast & Efficient - great customer service I personally had a good car buying experience here at BP Ford. My initial salesperson was Alex Marks - who drove us up to Lynwood, tracked down the ca I personally had a good car buying experience here at BP Ford. My initial salesperson was Alex Marks - who drove us up to Lynwood, tracked down the car we wanted to buy and we all drove back down to Lake City. He answered all of my questions, was patient, respectful and worked with us until we couldn't go any farther with him. Alex then introduced us to his manager, Kelly, who handled the negotiations. We walked out without buying the car because we couldn't reach a deal. But Kelly's dedication and customer service came through during Thanksgiving weekend - negotiating and closing the deal via phone and text messaging while he was out of town. This process worked great - especially in this day and age. Negotiate and agree on a price and then go back to the dealership (we live in Sammamish) to close the deal. The finance and contract signing process took just over an hour - and this was on a late Saturday night, Thanksgiving weekend when everyone was gone. Jessica Doyle gets xxxxxxfor handling the vehicle delivery process (cleanup, keys, etc.) The last person in the finance department was also a good experience! So thank you Kelly, Alex, Finance Mgr - Mr. Kim, and Ms. Doyle! More

Greg has been servi As always, I receive outstanding service at Bill Pierre Ford on Lake City Way due to an outstanding Service Advisor Greg Karras. Greg has been servicing/monitoring my 2011 Ford Ranger for all these years. He instinctively knows what service is necessary as my vehicle ages. As the vehicle is 7 years old, it runs and looks like it did in 2011. That's because Greg advises me how to keep it running and looking like it does. He knows and recommends service in a professional manner. I've owned many cars over my lifetime, and have worked with many service advisors, and I'm saying this agency and this individual outranks all my past experience in owning vehicles. I'm retired military (US Air Force) and have lived all over the world and met many great people. With that said, I'm sure glad I wound up purchasing another vehicle from Bill Pierre Ford, and having Greg Karras as my service advisor. He's the best!!!! More

C Max electrical charge issue I plugged my C Max energi into a shopping mall charger which was apparently broken. The charger caused my service engine light to come on, and the vehicle would no longer remote start. Greg Karras, my service manager was outstanding. He walked me through trying to reset the engine service light, and offered an immediate loaner vehicle to me while the car was being fixed. The software had to be re-set in my vehicle, which they were able to complete in one day, at NO CHARGE!! Excellent, timely, and caring service! Greg even called a few days later to make sure the vehicle was contributing to perform normally. Thank you SO much! More
