Yesterday I just showed up with a punctured back tire - he ordered a new one to arrive in a few hours, put on my spare so I could go about my life, and squeezed in an oil change. This is classic Paul. I wish everyone in my life was this easy to work with and accommodating. More
New vehicle purchase I had been searching for a particular vehicle and was referred to Bill Pierre Ford in February of this year. At that time I contacted Jason Anucinski I had been searching for a particular vehicle and was referred to Bill Pierre Ford in February of this year. At that time I contacted Jason Anucinski and Alex Marks. Both of them answered all of my questions and concerns, ultimately locating the particular vehicle out of state. The third person I contacted was the Finance Manager, Charles Kim. All three of these gentlemen are excellent representatives of the dealership through their knowledge and their professionalism in customer service. Having purchased no less than 14 Ford vehicles from another dealership I can commend Jason, Alex and Charles for their part in my new vehicle purchase. In fact I was so impressed I returned to the dealership this month and purchased another vehicle. Thank you Bill Pierre Ford. More

First time with your service department The ease of scheduling my service as well as the treatment I received at your service department was terrific. No complaints there. My only complain The ease of scheduling my service as well as the treatment I received at your service department was terrific. No complaints there. My only complaint would be your hours. For those of us who work full time - Monday thru Friday - 8am to 5pm, your hours are not user friendly. It's hard to justify taking time off work for an oil change when there are a dozen places within 15 minutes of my house that are open weekends. Since my car is brand new and I bought the service package, I will continue to use you...but it would sure be nice if routine maintenance could be done before or after work (7am or 5:30pm) or on Saturday mornings. More
Friendly honest service I have have had a leak and HVAC issues for over 6 months. Twice I took my car to another place who wasted hours of my time and then finally told me th I have have had a leak and HVAC issues for over 6 months. Twice I took my car to another place who wasted hours of my time and then finally told me they couldn't fix it. Took it into Bill Pierre and within two days they diagnosed and fixed both problems. They also told me what will need repaired next, when I'll need to do that and how much it will be. Bill was friendly, listened, and had a great sense of humor! It's not fun getting repairs done, but Bill and the service team makes it as painless as possible. Ford cares! More
