Then they said the navigation chip would be sent to me (I guess they don't keep the chips in the car on the lot). Never heard back. Called and called. Left messages. Now they won't work with us about the chip. Even talked to the manager. THE CHIP IS VIN SPECIFIC. THEY SAID I WOULD NEED TO GO TO A DEALER AND PAY MORE MONEY!!! WITHOUT THAT CHIP I CANT OPERATE CLIMATE CONTROL, NAVIGATION, HANDS FREE CALLING, RADIO (!!!!!!!), CD, ETC. Big freaking deal! It's the principle of the matter, I feel we were kicked to curb about our purchase. More
Very rude manager Very desapoited with the manager at Bill Pierre Ford, came in to buy a new F150 today, and I did see the car advertised on the Internet for certain pr Very desapoited with the manager at Bill Pierre Ford, came in to buy a new F150 today, and I did see the car advertised on the Internet for certain price and after finding it in their lot, I told them this is the car, and this manager name Michael but he goes by Kelly McNeal came with paper saying this is what this car cost and it was about $6.000 more and after complaint about their dishonest he sass if you do not want to pay what I want for the truck don't waist my time, I have a lot o costumer to help. He maybe have been a good sales person to some one, but I think, if this is the way he treat his costumer, Bill Pierre may end up losing a lot of them. Best luck to whoever is shopping for a car. They did all the paperwork while i was on my way to test drive. The dealership stayed open late for me, i never felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and great!!! More
Wish I was given the original keys for my Prius I went to the Toyota here in town to ask them if the vehicle had a keyless entry device, and they stated that it did. Turns out the key I am currently I went to the Toyota here in town to ask them if the vehicle had a keyless entry device, and they stated that it did. Turns out the key I am currently using is the Valet key, So this makes me upset because I would like to lock and unlock the doors with the buttons, along with the trunk instead of using the valet key on the door. It will cost me 500 bucks to get two replacement keys when I believe I should have the keys already for the price of the vehicle. More

But when it came to numbers, he kept pushing his sheet of profit toward us. The manager, Ken, tried to get me to sign on a line with numbers as varied as $20K -$29K citing that we were not giving him proper profits. When my friend (who is a negotiator by trade) tried to make a few points about the price structure, he tried to get her to be quiet and didn't want us to talk alone for any time. He was pushy and not polite to my friend. He kept rounding on me to see what MY opinion was of the car, and didn't bring out the Costco price sheet until after he tried to get us to sign another higher number. We told Taylor that he had done a great job, but his manager just blew the sale. After we went home, we found newer model cars online for close to $10K below his very lowest "invoice" pricing. There was no proof that the invoice he brought out was even to the car we wanted to buy. No vin number, no description even. The sales guy marveled at it too, saying the car make and model should have been at the top of the page. CostCo is going to hear from us tomorrow. If Bill Pierre is the only choice, then we will change brands and forget Chevy or Ford. I only wish I had run my video recorder. More

I had two minor issues with the car that I was concerned about before purchasing it but the service center took care of all of it and I feel very confident driving away with my vehicle. I plan to go back for any kind of service. More

Come out winners in end I had been car shopping for 4 months and finally decided on a older Honda CRV. In one of the major car buying search engines, I found that Bill Pierre I had been car shopping for 4 months and finally decided on a older Honda CRV. In one of the major car buying search engines, I found that Bill Pierre had the car I wanted for a clearance deal, price not too far away from the Kelly Blue Book value. By this point, I had test driven 12 cars and brought 4 of them in for a formal inspection at my mechanic so I was a pretty informed buyer. I called ahead, talked with salesman Tony Senter, and was able to get right in. I looked at the car, test drove it, then worked with the dealership to get approval to take the car to my mechanic for a third party inspection before purchase. Unfortunately, this was the day of a terrible wind storm in Seattle and when I got the vehicle to my mechanic, their power was out. Knowing that this was the car I wanted and that the price was one I was willing to pay, I decided to gamble and purchase the car since it was low miles, there was no obvious damage/concerns and the CarFax was good. Mason Parker, floor manager, was also helpful that day in setting up the paperwork for the temporary loan and eventual purchase. I went home that day a happy camper. This was a Saturday in August. I took it into my mechanic first thing Monday morning for a formal inspection. Took this to my trusted mechanic in U Village who I’ve worked with the past 3 years. They discovered that the catalytic converter was held together with metal zip-tie contraption (which is not normal), there was an odd sound coming from the exhaust and there was a substantial amount of rust in the undercarriage. My mechanic was quite upset with Bill Pierre for selling a car in this condition and encouraged me to contact the dealer and see what they could do. Bill Pierre told me to bring the vehicle into the service shop and offered me a car rental for the day at no cost to me. I dropped the vehicle off at the service shop where they did a half-asked job of the undercoating for the rust and ignored the catalytic converter but fixed the exhaust sound. I contacted Luk Blackwell, the General Manger, to share my frustration and he was very understanding and responsive. I shared with him what my mechanic told me and he offered to have a phone conversation with the mechanic to get a better understanding. After that call, Luk offered for my mechanic to quote him for the repairs (which were about $1800) and the dealership would foot the bill. Bill Pierre came through for me. They fixed the major issues with the car, after some back and forth communication. They were understanding of my frustration and responsive to my concerns. Even though I didn’t buy a Ford model from them, they still treated me with respect and patience. Luk was especially noteworthy as he was able to fully resolve my concerns. While I would recommend that everyone should have a vehicle inspected for a third party before purchase, Bill Pierre Ford is a great starting point for car search and I had pleasant interactions with all staff there.
