Great service! Been buying from Bill Pierre for 30 years. I was looking for a Chrysler 300 and saw one advertised on the internet at Pierre Auto Center. I called and made an appointment to look at the vehicl I was looking for a Chrysler 300 and saw one advertised on the internet at Pierre Auto Center. I called and made an appointment to look at the vehicle on a Friday. Oliver Badgett was very accommodating. Showed me the car. Took me for a ride. I received the Carfax info and the final price. I went home to think about the purchase. I made an appointment to come back on Monday. Got a cashiers check. Got insurance and finalized the purchase. Another Issue: I had neglected to check which car lot I should be going to when I made the appointment with Oliver. He was not at the first showroom I checked and a salesman there claimed to not know him and said he would get the keys and car. He found that Oliver already had the keys and car and only then was I directed across the street. I found this very unacceptable behavior. More

Persistent brake issue hybrid Escape We were getting a check brake light on our dash. Took it in. Repair was made, . I left, light came on. Took it back in. Picked it up, light came on. Returned. Was offered a loaner car. Many calls made to Ford to figure out issue. Repair was made—at no cost to us. 😃. Picked up car. No light! Sundie Warner was great. We really appreciate the acknowledgment of the hassle and her concern with our happiness. More

I just had a routine oil change but am always secure knowing that Greg will let me know about brake status, tire wear and fluid level, etc. And a bargain at $44. In this world of uncertainty it's certainly nice to have Bill Pierre service at my disposal. More
