Quick, reliable service I had two recalls on my Fusion. I called the day before to ask how long it would take - "about an hour". I heard them offer a free loaner to a gentlemen who ended needing more repair than originally expected. Bill is a good guy to work with and, as I found out over time, has your best interest at heart.
